Sania Tildon
LMSW
Grounded and attentive, Sania brings an integrative, person-centered approach that draws from ACT, CBT, existential humanistic practices, and psychodynamic theory. She applies a non-pathologizing framework to her work and values the principles of trauma-informed care, guiding clients with compassion and clarity. With a deep interest in how social structures shape mental health, Sania encourages reflection on both the inner world and the systems we live within, helping clients reconnect with their own strength and possibility.
Sania has focused on the intersecting impacts of trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, while also supporting individuals navigating grief, relationship challenges, and questions of identity and belonging. Her work has extended beyond the therapy room into advocacy and investigative writing on conditions of confinement and reentry, highlighting the human toll of incarceration and solitary confinement.
She works through an intersectional, systemic lens, helping clients explore the connections between personal healing and collective change. Sania will support you in building coping skills, deepening self-understanding, and moving toward a more authentic life.
Sania sees clients clients via telehealth.
