Luke Percy
LGPC, Maryland
& Embodiment Coach
Luke works with thoughtful, driven individuals who tend to navigate life through intellect and determination. Many are high-achievers, creatives, or deeply reflective individuals who are used to thinking things through and holding themselves to high standards. Over time, that way of operating can become exhausting. Clients often arrive feeling stuck in patterns of overthinking, perfectionism, or burnout, pushing themselves forward while feeling internally scattered or disconnected.
His clinical work is trauma-informed and strongly process-oriented. Luke helps clients step out of constant mental overdrive and reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and instincts. Drawing on his background as an educator and longtime yoga practitioner, he integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, parts work, and psychodynamic insight to support a more grounded way of living. He also works with adults navigating ADHD and executive functioning challenges, helping them understand patterns around attention, motivation, and overwhelm while developing practical, sustainable ways to work with them.
Luke offers Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for clients seeking a deeper process of healing and insight. Preparation and integration sessions support these experiences in translating into meaningful, lasting shifts in daily life.
In addition to therapy, Luke offers Embodiment Coaching for individuals who are looking for a more active, present-focused space to build internal organization and intentionality. This work focuses on regulating energy, working with attention, and shifting out of reactive patterns. While body awareness is part of the process, the aim is deeper: developing the capacity to notice when you are scattered, avoidant, or performing, and to return to a steadier, more grounded way of being. Coaching is distinct from psychotherapy and does not involve diagnosis or treatment, but offers a complementary space for integration and forward movement.
Luke is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) and holds a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Loyola University Maryland. He is also a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200), with a longstanding interest in bridging Eastern contemplative traditions with Western psychological practice.
Luke sees clients at Prism’s Baltimore location and via telehealth.
