Luke Percy
LGPC
Luke works with individuals who often navigate the world through drive and intellect, including many high-achievers, creatives, and deep thinkers. Over time, they may find themselves feeling disconnected, drained, or stuck in cycles of overfunctioning, perfectionism, and self-doubt. To manage stress and demanding relationships, many come to rely on logic, high standards, and constant forward motion—often pushing ahead even when their inner resources feel stretched thin.
Trauma-informed and process-oriented in his approach, Luke helps clients move beyond intellectual overdrive and reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and deeper instincts. Drawing on his background as an educator and longtime yoga practitioner, he weaves together mindfulness, somatic work, parts work, and psychodynamic insight to support a more embodied, grounded way of living. He helps clients reconnect with their inner knowing and wisdom, cultivating deeper self-awareness, nervous system resilience, and a more authentic connection to themselves and others.
Luke is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) and holds a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Loyola University Maryland. He is also a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200), with a special interest in bridging Eastern philosophy and Western psychological practice.
Luke sees clients Baltimore location and via Telehealth.
