Jeremy Brenneman
LCPC
Jeremy believes that true healing, growth, and change come from understanding what it means to be human—body, mind, and spirit. His approach is warm, grounded, and practical, helping clients develop skills to navigate challenges, regulate emotions, and live a more meaningful life in alignment with their values.
With over 20 years of experience working with adolescents and adults, Jeremy specializes in substance use, depression, anxiety, trauma, and the universal struggles of being human in an often overwhelming world. He fosters an inclusive and welcoming space, blending humor, empathy, and metaphor to make complex psychological concepts accessible and relatable.
Jeremy’s therapeutic approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other strengths-based, humanistic modalities. His work empowers clients to build resilience, embrace self-compassion, and step fully into the lives they want to live.
Jeremy is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Board-Approved Supervisor. He earned his Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Frostburg State University and his Bachelor’s in Psychology/Communication from Juniata College.
